Job Responsibilities & Duties
You will have to learn:

Basics about software development and testing methodologies
-
Analyse business and system requirements and develop performance test and monitoring specifications

Design, execute and maintain performance test scripts
-
Execute load and performance tests in distributed environments
-
Test results reporting including presentation of all findings to management and technical teams.

Continuously innovate and improve our performance engineering framework
-
Championing assigned tools & be in involved in developing open source systems and frameworks
-
Write and update documents and knowledge base
Your Skills
-
German (at least B1 level)
-
English B2 level
-
Experience in software development (including hands-on programming)

Be able to work independently and as a team player
-
Hands-on experience in commonly used tools in performance, monitoring & security testing area, would be an advantage

Strong interpersonal and communications skills (spoken and written)

Enjoy working with global distributed project teams across Asia , Europe , Middle East & US/Canada regions to resolve problems and able to manage conflicts and priorities

A team player with positive attitudes to learn, share & ability to stay focused when challenges arise

Strong sense of responsibility , resourcefulness, & strong problem-solving skills
