What you will be doing

• Responsible for simulating thousands of users on our customer's services and ensure that their business-critical applications remain reliable and responsive even in worst-case scenarios. You are positive-minded, love big data, and problem analysis

• Good understanding of software development and software architecture

• Analyze business and system requirements and develop performance engineering and monitoring strategies

• Design, execute, and maintain performance test scripts

• Identify performance bottlenecks

• Presentation of achievements and findings to management and technical teams​

• Continuously innovate and improve our performance engineering framework

• Share success stories

What you need for this position

• Experience in software development (including hands-on programming) in Java or C#

• Be able to work independently and as a team player

• Hands-on experience in commonly used tools in performance, monitoring & security testing area would be an advantage

• Experience as a software tester is an added advantage (optional), experience in performance testing and security testing would be a plus

• Enjoy working with globally distributed project teams across Asia, Europe, Middle East & US/Canada regions to resolve problems and able to manage conflicts and priorities

• A team player with positive attitudes to learning, share & ability to stay focused when challenges arise

• Strong sense of responsibility, resourceful, & strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in English
