In April 2024 our team provided a Dynatrace training for 76 team members of EastWest Bank. We covered all the foundational concepts how to make the most out of this Ai-powered observability platform.
Our training schedule included six instructor led lessons and six ask any question and homework assignment sessions.
We covered everything from Architecture to navigating the user interface, creating dashboards, problem alerting and performance analysis.
